WireSift Technology Inc. — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wiresift.com (the "Site") or any products or services offered by WireSift Technology Inc. ("WireSift," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

Our content and services are intended for users 18 years or older and for professional or business purposes. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you interact with us.

3. Services We Provide

WireSift currently offers:

  • Free educational content, blog posts, and resources
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Free discovery-call booking
  • AI consulting, assessments, and implementation engagements (paid)

We may introduce paid online courses, digital products, and SaaS applications in the future ("Paid Services"). These Terms apply to all existing and future offerings unless we publish a superseding agreement.

4. No Professional or Financial Advice

All Site content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or career advice. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified advisors before acting on any information from WireSift.

5. User Accounts (Future Feature)

We may offer account registration in the future. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid Services will be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Pricing and refund terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and software on the Site are the exclusive property of WireSift or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Site for your internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, harvest, or otherwise exploit the Site or Services
  • Use the Site to develop or train competing AI models
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with security features
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercialize any WireSift content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend access for any prohibited activity.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site integrates third-party services (HubSpot, Calendly, Google Analytics, AI APIs). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for external sites or services.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (see separate page). By using the Site, you consent to that policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WIRESIFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRESIFT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WIRESIFT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (b) CAD $100 IF NO PAYMENTS WERE MADE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WireSift harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections 4, 7, 8, 11-15 survive termination.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be finally settled by confidential, binding arbitration under the BC Arbitration Act in Vancouver, BC, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or confidentiality violations.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date will change; continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
